TARGET — Number Challenge

This policy explains how Tivolune Games handles information when you use TARGET — Number Challenge.

Last updated: 5 November 2026 · Developer: Tivolune Games · Contact: tivolunegames@gmail.com

1. About the game

TARGET — Number Challenge is an Android game featuring number puzzle, optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads, coins and cosmetic unlocks. The game is free. There are no real-money in-app purchases or subscriptions in the current version. Virtual coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.

2. Accounts and locally stored game data

The game does not require you to create an account or sign in. Game progress, virtual coin balances, achievements, settings and cosmetic unlocks are stored on your device. Tivolune Games does not currently operate its own online account database for these game records. Depending on your Android settings, your operating system may include app data in device backups managed by your platform provider.

3. Information processed through advertising

The game integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display optional rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements. Google and participating advertising partners may collect, receive, or process data such as:

These data may be used for ad delivery and measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance. We do not request access to your device's precise GPS location for game functionality.

Advertising information is handled by Google and, depending on your location and choices, relevant advertising technology providers. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and Google AdMob's policies.

4. Privacy choices and age-appropriate advertising

Where required by applicable law, the game presents privacy and advertising consent choices through Google's User Messaging Platform or another compliant consent mechanism. Available choices may include whether certain advertising data may be used for personalized ads. The app must respect your selections and provide access to privacy settings when required.

Advertising for younger users is subject to additional safeguards. We aim to apply appropriate restrictions based on the app's declared audience and applicable law. The game is not intended to collect a child's name, address, contact details, or precise location.

5. How long data is kept

Locally stored progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it, subject to any device backup settings. Tivolune Games does not keep a separate server copy of those records. Data processed by Google and advertising partners are subject to their own retention periods and legal obligations, which we do not control.

6. Security

We use the security features available on Android. The Google Mobile Ads SDK uses encrypted connections for data transmission. We do not ask users to submit payment-card details or identity documents through the game. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices and requests

You may clear the game's locally stored data through Android app settings or uninstall the game. If you have questions about personal data or want to exercise privacy rights available in your jurisdiction, contact tivolunegames@gmail.com. We will review requests within applicable legal time limits. Data controlled by Google may also need to be managed through Google's privacy controls; deleting the game does not necessarily delete data previously processed by third parties.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our games, SDKs, or legal obligations change. Any updated version will be published at this address with a revised date.
